Daphne

So here is my final piece for my drawing class, but it turned out to be more of a painting...
Ink and watercolor on drawing paper (I wish I'd used watercolor paper, but I didn't have any with me)

It depicts the story of Daphne running from Apollo. (Google it if you don't know Greek mythology) The exact moment when she begins to transform from maiden into tree is being shown as she turns back to fend off the oncoming Apollo.

This one was a little challenging for me because I don't like to draw nudes (or semi-nudes) for presentation, but I hope that this is tastefully done.
